Josh was knowledgeable and helpful in all the stages of buying and selling. He was my buyer’s agent but he also helped me understand what to expect from the seller’s side. And he prepared me for all the steps in the buying process as we went along. (offer—counteroffers, contacts for title company, lender, inspection, closing documents, etc). It took a while for me to find the “right” house; Josh was patient and kept finding places for me to look at. He was always happy to take me to see a new possibility--- and he knew the “back story” on every one! I was buying from another state, and Josh was absolutely the best! With long-distance communication when I couldn’t be in St George.
